Brittany Lincicome shot a seven under par 66 in the final round of the Pure Silk Bahamas LPGA Classic to win the title for the second consecutive year.

The victory didn't come easy as Lincicome trailed the leader Wei-Ling Hsu by one shot going to the 14th hole. Lincicome then made birdie there to tie for the lead.
When both players birdied the par five 15th hole, and made par on 16, they went to the closing holes still tied for the lead.
Everything would change on the par three 17th hole when Hsu bogeyed and Lincicome, playing in the group behind her, birdied. That would give Lincicome a two stroke lead going to the 18th hole.
Hsu would make birdie on 18, but it wasn't nearly enough as Lincicome followed with a birdie of her own.
It was an incredible finish for Lincicome as she birdied 11, 14, 15, 17, and 18, shooting a 5 under par 32 on the back nine.
Shanshan Feng was the only player to successfully defend a title in 2017 (the TOTO Japan Classic). Lincicome does it in the first tournament of the 2018 season.
